Details:
Join us for two exciting events celebrating America's 250th anniversary! The "Presque Isle 250 Exhibit," running from June 1 to August 31 at the Tom Ridge Environmental Center, showcases the significant role of Presque Isle State Park during the Semiquincentennial, featuring journals, newspaper articles, and photos that narrate its story.
Additionally, enjoy "A Jennings Original Storybook Trail: A Firefly Fourth of July," a delightful outdoor activity from June 13 to July 6, 2026. Follow a self-guided trail to uncover the adventure of Flash, a tiny Jennings firefly, as he saves the fireworks show for America’s birthday celebration. This family-friendly experience, which is free and accessible for young children and those young at heart, begins on Blazing Star Trail and includes educational nature exploration. For further assistance or accommodations, please contact the Center.
