Yoga in the Garden

Our next Yoga in the Garden is on Saturday, July 11 at 8:00 a.m. Henry Flagler’s Hotel Alcazar was celebrated for its spa facilities, designed to improve the wellbeing of its Gilded Age guests. Honoring that history, we’re bringing some health and fitness back to the Alcazar. PLEASE NOTE: Yoga in the Garden in June, July, and August will begin at 8:00 a.m. August Yoga in the Garden will take place on Saturday, August 15. Join Intera Yoga in the Radzinski Garden for morning yoga on the Trefry Family Green. Bring water, a yoga mat or towel to practice on, and props if you need them. All are welcome. This is an all-levels donation-based class. No Pre-registration required, just show up! Some dates may be rescheduled due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.
