The Naperville Convention and Visitors Bureau (NCVB) serves as a central resource for individuals and groups planning visits, meetings, or events in Naperville. They assist with finding suitable accommodations, including hotel room blocks, and provide information on meeting venues, with Naperville boasting 18 hotels, over 2200 rooms, and more than 52,000 square feet of meeting space. The NCVB also promotes the city's diverse dining scene through initiatives like Naperville Restaurant Week and offers marketing support for over 300 local restaurants via Dine Naperville. In collaboration with the Aurora Area Convention and Visitors Bureau, they operate the Chicago West Sports Group (CWSG) to help sports teams find facilities and lodging. The bureau acts as a "One Stop Shop" for all things Naperville, offering brochures and guides for dining, shopping, attractions like the Riverwalk, and historical sites, aiming to make every visit memorable for both business and leisure travelers.
