Come together in joyous movement and connection for ecstatic dance with Innana Sisters in Rhythm.
Ecstatic dance is a form of free-form movement that encourages participants to express themselves through dance without structured choreography or specific dance moves.
While ecstatic dance encourages freedom, it also promotes mindfulness and new ways to move your body.
Participants are invited to tune into their bodies, sensations, and emotions as they dance, fostering a deeper connection to themselves and the present moment.
