Slow Down at SAMA

Join us for "Slow Down at SAMA," an immersive art experience designed to transform the way you engage with art. Guided by SAMA docents, each tour begins with the practice of slow looking—taking time for careful observation and reflection—followed by a facilitated discussion. We will explore two connected works of art, allowing you to notice details, uncover stories, and engage meaningfully with both the art and fellow participants. This mindfulness approach enhances insight and enriches your artistic experience. To ensure an optimal experience, participation is limited to 12 individuals, with spots available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please check in at the front desk to secure your place. The event is free with museum admission.
