Four Corners Trek: Northeast Trails

The northeast section of Moose Hill Wildlife Sanctuary leads through some of the most secluded and diverse terrain on the property: vernal pools, wetlands, old farmland, forested trails, and past historic structures in Sharon that tell the story of how this land has been protected for over 110 years. Explore the trails with an expert guide, looking out for wildlife and signs of the season along the way. Moose Hill boasts the longest trail network of any Mass Audubon property, at 20 miles. We'll cover about 3 miles during this program; check out our other Four Corner Treks in October to explore all four corners of the sanctuary and get a complete view of this special place. Meet at the Nature Center. Park in the main parking lot. Dress for hiking and wear layers. Bring binoculars and a water bottle. This hike covers several miles on natural terrain. All children must be accompanied by an adult for the entire duration of the program.
