Details:
New at the 2026 Alameda County Fair, a time capsule will be sealed and preserved for the future as part of the Fair’s America 250th celebration.
A special media event will take place during Fair hours on Friday, June 26 at 1pm as the time capsule is lowered and sealed. The capsule will capture a snapshot of the 2026 Fair and is planned to be opened in 2076 during America’s 300th anniversary.
