About The Perfect Pizza Pie – Adult Cooking Class This event has sold out. The June heat isn’t the only thing sizzling this summer! Experience the art of wood-fired pizza in this hands-on adult cooking class as you learn the fundamentals of crafting great pizza using farm-fresh ingredients. Chef Thi will teach you the essential techniques, including dough handling, topping balance, and timing in a wood-fired oven to achieve the perfect pie. We’ll work together as a class to prepare a variety of pizzas and enjoy them fresh from the oven in a relaxed, outdoor setting. Included in this class: Cooking demonstration and hands-on learning experience. Instruction from an experienced, top-notch instructor. Recipes to take home. At the end of each class, the opportunity to enjoy the food you created. This is an adults-only course. If you would like to bring an adult beverage to class, please feel free. Pre-registration is required. Registration closes 24 hours prior to class. Minimum of 8 people required for class to take place. Please note: Powisset is NOT a nut-free or gluten-free kitchen.
