For the Love of Music: Tribute to Dave Gaudet

Dave Gaudet was a gifted guitarist, singer and award winning songwriter. Dave Gaudet He performed for many years as a soloist, in duos, trios and bands, as well as lending his signature guitar work to many musician’s recordings, some of which he engineered at his Calico Studio in Ashby. His participation in and support of the local music scene earned him much admiration and resulted in close friendships. His generosity, compassion and wit were revered by all who knew him. Warm, funny and upbeat, Dave was a great guy, great musician and great friend whose legacy will ring on. Friends and fellow musicians who will provide music for this event are: Mark Frederick Fisher, Jeff Root, Don Readel, Retro Stew Band, Heidi-Jo Hanson and Elizabeth Lorrey. A portion of ticket sales to benefit Fitchburg State University Music Ed and Music Therapy Scholarships.
