Outdoor Yoga with Pamela Martin

Join us for Outdoor Yoga with Pamela Martin, featuring yoga classes in a beautiful outdoor setting, led by Pamela and local instructors. These classes, suitable for various skill levels, focus on stretching and strengthening techniques that can help prevent injuries and support your body during gardening and yard work. Participants are encouraged to bring a mat, water, sunscreen, and bug spray, and to wear comfortable clothing. In case of inclement weather, sessions will move indoors to the Education Center. This program begins just after garden volunteering, and you're welcome to join the volunteer efforts as well. A $10 suggested donation is appreciated, and no reservations are necessary.
