Outdoor Yoga with Pamela Martin

Join us for "Outdoor Yoga with Pamela Martin," where you can enjoy invigorating yoga sessions led by Pamela Martin and Jessa Kimmel, surrounded by the tranquility of nature. This class is designed for participants of all levels, offering tips to avoid injury and support your body during gardening and yard work. Please bring a mat, water, sunscreen, and bug spray, and wear comfortable clothing. In case of inclement weather, sessions will move indoors to the Education Center. This event begins just after our garden volunteering, and you are welcome to participate in both activities. A $10 suggested donation is appreciated, with no reservations required.
