Outdoor Yoga with Pamela Martin

Join us for Outdoor Yoga sessions led by Pamela Martin and Jessa Kimmel, where you can enjoy the tranquility of nature while enhancing your practice in a beautiful outdoor setting. These classes will provide valuable tips to avoid injury and support your body during activities like gardening and yard work. Suitable for all levels, participants should bring a mat, water, sunscreen, and bug spray, and wear comfortable clothing. In case of inclement weather, sessions will be held indoors at the Education Center. This program follows our garden volunteering activities, and you're welcome to join in the volunteering as well.
