Outdoor Yoga with Pamela Martin

Join us for Outdoor Yoga with Pamela Martin and Jessa Kimmel, a rejuvenating experience set in a refreshing outdoor environment. These classes cater to multiple skill levels and focus on enhancing your yoga practice while providing tips on injury prevention and body support for gardening and yard work. Participants are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing and bring a mat, water, sunscreen, and bug spray. In case of inclement weather, classes will move indoors to the Education Center. The program starts shortly after our garden volunteering sessions, so feel free to participate in both activities. A $10 suggested donation is appreciated, and no reservations are required.
