Outdoor Yoga with Pamela Martin

Join us for Outdoor Yoga classes led by Pamela Martin and Jessa Kimmel, where you can enhance your mind and body amidst nature. These sessions, suitable for multiple levels, offer tips to avoid injury and support your body during gardening and yard work. Classes will take place outdoors, but in case of inclement weather, they will be held indoors in the Education Center. Feel free to join us for volunteer gardening beforehand. Please bring a mat, water, sunscreen, and bug spray, and wear comfortable clothing. A suggested donation of $10 is appreciated, and no reservations are required.
