The Buddhist Center Thubten Norbu Ling

Thubten Norbu Ling is a Tibetan Buddhist Center which offers teachings in the lineage of Lama Je Tsongkhapa (1357-1419 AD) and his followers, the fourteen Dalai Lamas of Tibet. Our name, Thubten Norbu Ling, is Tibetan for "Land of the Jewel of the Buddha's Teachings." We are associated with the Foundation for the Preservation of the Mahayana Tradition, a worldwide organization with 170 centers. Lama Thubten Zopa is the Spiritual Director of the Foundation for the Preservation of the Mahayana Tradition. He worked with Lama Thubten Yeshe, and founded our parent organization in 1975.
