This four-week course with Charok Lama traces the internal logic of the Buddhist path — from the nature of suffering, to karma, to liberation, to what it actually means to take refuge — building toward a coherent, working understanding of how it all fits together.
Designed for people with little or no background in Buddhism, as well as anyone who's encountered these ideas in scattered ways and wants the fuller picture.
