Designed for beginners and those looking to refresh their practice, the course explores what meditation really is, how it works, and how to make it a meaningful part of daily life. Each session combines accessible teachings, guided meditation, and plenty of time for questions and discussion.
Over four weeks, you'll learn how to work with a busy or distracted mind, develop greater focus and awareness, cultivate loving-kindness and compassion, and create the conditions that help meditation become a sustainable habit. You'll also gain practical guidance on posture, session length, motivation, and building a practice that extends beyond the meditation cushion.
No previous experience or Buddhist background is needed. By the end of the course, you'll leave with a deeper understanding of meditation and a realistic, personalized practice you can continue on your own.
