Smalltown/Downtown Discovery Series Trip- Lexington, VA

Join us on June 6, 2026, for the kick-off of the VA Smalltown Downtown Discovery Series with a trip to Historic Lexington, VA. We will start the day at the Visitor’s Center to gather information and maps of local attractions. Following this, we'll enjoy lunch at The Blue Sky for an hour of casual dining and conversation. After lunch, participants can explore the charming shops and historical sites at their leisure, or join the group for a shared adventure. The cost is $34 per person, which includes roundtrip transportation via parks and recreation transit van and a tour host; lunch is not included. The van departs at 10:30 AM from the City of Roanoke Public Works Building and will return around 4:30 PM.
