Together Center

Together Center is a human services hub located in Redmond, Washington, dedicated to sparking connections and strengthening communities through people-focused spaces for nonprofits. Its mission is to make lives better by helping people find the assistance they need by co-locating over 25 nonprofit organizations and affordable housing on a single campus. This model aims to lower barriers to accessing services, foster collaboration among providers, and offer a welcoming environment for individuals and families. Services available on campus include housing support, counseling, healthcare, child care resources, cultural navigation, mental health programs, substance abuse services, and resources for individuals with disabilities, among others. The center also provides affordable space for its partner agencies, allowing them to invest more in their programs. Together Center's campus features include outdoor gathering spaces, a community kitchen, a conference center, a coworking studio for social impact leaders, and a public art gallery. The organization operates on values of radical compassion, ardent equity, intentional inclusion, joyful responsiveness, active empowerment, and creative collaboration, striving to reimagine community support as accessible, welcoming, and impactful.
