Trivia Night: The Science of Food!

Have you ever wondered why bread rises? Or why potato chips are so crispy? Join our Library staff, Lisa and James, for another trivia night where we will explore the science of food! Questions will range in difficulty and focus on the science of food, with small prizes for the winners! No technology is required; all answers will be written on paper. Light food and drink provided WITH REGISTRATION. Please register for the event if you plan on attending so that we may get an accurate count for participation and refreshments. Were looking forward to a very quizzical night! Registration is required.
