Tredyffrin Township Libraries, comprising Tredyffrin Public Library and Paoli Library, are dedicated to serving as welcoming centers of knowledge, inspiration, and opportunity for all residents. Their mission is to contribute to a healthy, safe, and economically vibrant community by providing a wide array of print and multimedia collections, including local history and a library of things, alongside expansive digital resources. The libraries offer year-round programming that features concerts, movement classes, language resources, technology assistance, craft workshops, reading challenges, and author talks, often in partnership with local organizations. They actively support PA Forward®, a literacy initiative focusing on basic, financial, information, civic and social, and health literacy. Services include one-on-one librarian assistance, interlibrary loans, exam proctoring, public computers, printers, copiers, study rooms, and meeting room rentals. The Youth Services departments provide materials and programs for children and teens, focusing on education, enrichment, and entertainment, with staff available for research assistance and readers' advisory. The libraries also offer resources for parents and caregivers and encourage community involvement through volunteering and donations.
