Restoration Event on Squak Mountain with WA State Parks

Join the Issaquah Alps Trails Club and WA State Parks for a restoration event on Squak Mountain focused on invasive species removal. Together, we'll work to eradicate European Holly, a Class-C noxious weed that threatens our native plants. Led by Anne Newcomb and Washington State Parks Ranger Ellen Moline, participants will venture off-trail to remove this invasive plant, with closed-toe shoes required and tools provided (bring gloves if you have them).

- **Location:** Squak Mountain Trail Parking at May Valley Loop Trailhead; carpooling to the halfway point will occur after the lower hill work is completed.
