Teen Recess Series - Flag Football (6th-12th Grade)

Hit the field for a fast paced game of flag football designed for all skill levels. This session will teach teens the basic rules, routes, positions, gameplay strategies, and expectations before breaking into teams for games and challenges. With no tackling involved, flag football is a fun and active way to build teamwork, improve coordination, and enjoy some friendly competition. Whether you are throwing touchdowns, making big catches, or pulling flags on defense, this recess classic is all about getting outside and staying active.
