At 1:30 PM, renowned archaeologist Dr. Brad Lepper will present “The Newark Earthworks: One of the World's Ancient Wonders.” This free presentation will delve into the Newark Earthworks, part of the Hopewell Ceremonial Earthworks and a UNESCO World Heritage Site, showcasing the remarkable architectural achievements of ancient American Indians between AD 1 to AD 400. Prior to the lecture, guided outdoor battlefield tours will take place at 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM, offering a one-hour exploration of the historic battlefield.
