Thursday July 16, join us for a FREE casual stroller walk designed especially for moms in the early postpartum and baby years — but truly ALL moms are welcome.

Walk Club is all about:
gentle movement
getting outside
connecting with other local moms
stroller-friendly bonding time with baby
building community without pressure
We’ll meet at Burke Lake Park near the carousel parking lot and head out together for an easy-paced walk. Stay after to chat, let the kiddos play, and simply enjoy being around other moms who get it.
