Stroller Strides is a 45-minute total-body workout designed for moms of all fitness levels. We'll combine strength, cardio, core work, and fun activities for the kiddos along the way. No experience necessary!
What to bring:

Water to stay hydrated

Sunscreen

A mat or towel for floor exercises

Your stroller and little one(s)

A smile and willingness to have fun!
After class, stick around for community time and make connections with other local moms and caregivers.
Babies, toddlers, and preschoolers are welcome.

New moms, expecting moms, and seasoned moms are all encouraged to join us.
