Sky Stage Swing Dance - June 5th

Enjoy an evening of Swing Dancing under the stars at the Sky Stage in downtown Frederick, hosted by Revolution Modern Dance!
Starting at 7pm, Amanda will offer a beginner lesson covering swing and blues basics. Social dancing will follow until 10pm. The music will be moderate tempo jazz, blues, and soul for lindy hop/WCS/blues dancers - taking into consideration the hot summer weather and the concrete dancing surface. For 2026, this event will run every first Friday, May through October, weather permitting.
Suggested donation, $5-10 at the door. Pre-registration is not required! There are no tickets! Donations are used to pay instructors and DJs, with the remainder passed directly to Sky Stage to support other arts and music programming.
