Details:
Yoga is a practice of mind, body, and soul connection. It allows us to drop into the moment and move freely while nourishing ourselves fully. We will be practicing vinyasa-style yoga with an emphasis on strength with a sequence of postures that flow with breath to cultivate focus, alignment, stamina, and flexibility.
