LIFTT and North 40 Physical Therapy present a FREE workshop entitled “Learn How to Fall Safely” on Monday, July 27, 2026, at 4 p.m. at Billings First Presbyterian Church (2420 13th Street W).
Join us for this practical workshop where you’ll learn safe falling techniques and the proper way to get back up with confidence. Come dressed in comfortable clothing and be ready to learn valuable skills in a supportive environment!
