Join Living Independently for Today & Tomorrow (LIFTT) for a FREE Foot Care Workshop on Monday, June 29, 2026, at 4 p.m. in the Community Room of the Billings LIFTT office, located at 1241 Crawford Drive. This workshop emphasizes the importance of foot care as a critical aspect of overall health and wellness, as neglecting foot health can lead to pain, mobility issues, and an increased risk of falls.
The session will be led by Richard Werblow, RN, a Certified Foot Care Nurse (CFCN) and founder of Senior Wellness-Elders Living Life PLLC, known for providing convenient, affordable foot care for seniors.
The workshop is open to everyone and aims to educate participants on effective foot care practices. For further details about the workshop or LIFTT's other Health & Wellness programs, contact Eileen Rodriguez at (406) 294-5185 or eileenr@liftt.org, or Erin Culp at (406) 831-0017 or erinc@liftt.org.
