The Leu Art Gallery at Belmont University, located within the Lila D. Bunch Library, showcases exhibitions by professional artists. Its mission is to present art that enhances the educational goals of the university, connecting fine art with various academic disciplines. The gallery also features an annual exhibition of work by faculty and alumni from the Watkins College of Art. Additionally, Belmont University houses Gallery 121 in the Leu Center for the Visual Arts, dedicated to student and emerging artist exhibitions that complement the art curriculum, and the Meaders Student Gallery, a student-run space managed by the Kappa Pi Art Honorary Society.
