Athens campus will host Bobcat Student Orientation (BSO) sessions for new undergraduate students from May 27 to July 7, 2026. Attendance is mandatory for all incoming students, who can select specific dates upon registration at www.ohio.edu/orientation. Additionally, the 2026-27 Returning Student Room Selection and Room Change Process will be available from April 1 at 9 a.m. until July 31 at noon, allowing returning students to select available spaces individually.

Moreover, the Green STEM Camp, organized by The Patton College of Education's Stevens Center for Literacy and STEM Education, will take place at the Jefferson Library, starting June 2, 2026.
