Join Rachel Matz for a breath-focused experience. The class begins with meditation and grounding to relax, and is followed by about 40 minutes of one style of breath to potentially guide the body into a deeper brain wave state where profound realization and healing can occur, and then ends with relaxation and savasana. We will also leave a little time afterwards to reflect or share. It’s truly a journey of body, mind and heart.
