An intentional practice for navigating menopause, stress, nervous system shifts, sleep, energy, and emotional wellbeing with compassion and support. Menopause is not something to “push through” alone — it is a profound transition that impacts the body, nervous system, sleep, emotions, energy, and sense of self.
Join us for an intentional workshop designed to support those entering or moving through perimenopause and menopause with greater understanding, compassion, and community. Expect a gentle, all-levels movement practice alongside breathwork, nervous system support, education, and space for shared reflection and conversation.
Together we’ll explore how yoga can support hormonal balance, regulation, stress reduction, mobility, rest, strength, and emotional wellbeing during seasons of change.
This is a space to slow down, reconnect with your body, feel supported in community, and remember that you do not have to navigate this transition alone.
