$25-$40 sliding scale goes directly to paying facilitator & rental cost of space.
Doors Open 6:30pm
Event Begins 7:00pm (doors will be locked after 7pm)
Interactive games, communication activities, and self-reflection
Event ends 9:00pm and the rest of your evening begins.

Whether you want to connect more deeply with yourself, with others in your community, your friends, family, coworkers, or relationships, platonically, romantically, or the spectrum in between, this will be a supportive, consensual and intentional space to do so.

This event incorporates, sitting, talking and movement activities to engage in a full cognitive and somatic experience. You are always at choice.
You can choose to participate in as much, or as little as you wish.

Led by licensed Therapist, Charity Loring, LMSW of Loring Therapy LLC.
This is not group therapy, although some people find these events fun, engaging and therapeutic.
Charity has been facilitating groups for over 20 years, and is passionate about creating safe, warm, welcoming, consent based spaces, and opportunities for people to connect with themselves and others. She believes that everyone needs a balance of self-care and co-care.

Doors open 6:30pm

Tickets: $25-$40, sliding scale, based on ability to pay.
