Join us for an engaging class on woodturning, where you'll learn to safely operate a wood lathe and create both functional and artistic wooden pieces. Under the guidance of instructor Brian Bridwell, students will gain hands-on experience using various turning tools, including steel and carbide, with a focus on spindle turning techniques. The course will cover essential safety practices, including a full safety check of the lathe and the proper use of centers, drivers, mandrels, and chucks.
