Details:
Join us for an exciting summer of scientific exploration with three thrilling camps designed for children aged 5-12. The Rollercoaster Robotics Camp at Bloomfield Park in Lakewood (Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 12 PM) invites kids aged 8-12 to dive into the thrilling world of physics. Participants will explore Newton’s Laws, gravity, and forces to design and build their own robotic roller coasters, experimenting with potential and kinetic energy.
At the Galaxy Defenders camp at Brookhurst Center in Anaheim (same schedule), young aspiring Astro-Scientists will learn about planets, create space copters, and experience rocket launches. Meanwhile, the NASA Jr. Astronauts Camp at Buena Park offers incredible missions where kids can race balloon rockets and create their own comets, collaborating with the NASA Langley Learning Center.
Additionally, the Crazy Chemworks camp at West Grove Park provides hands-on chemistry experiences, leading to exciting projects like slime and crystal growth.
Don’t miss out on these incredible opportunities for hands-on learning! For registration links and more details about all camps, visit westorangecounty.madscience.org/parents-camps and secure your spot for a summer filled with scientific adventures!
