Join us for free Ear Acupuncture for Stress, available in both Washington Heights and East Harlem. Utilizing the NADA protocol, five needles are placed on the outer ear to help alleviate stress and anxiety while detoxifying the lungs, liver, and kidneys. Sessions are available without appointments from 9 AM to 4 PM in Washington Heights (closed 1-2 PM for lunch) and from 9 AM to 1 PM and 3 PM to 3:30 PM in East Harlem.
