65th Annual Valley City Frog Jump

A must-see summer tradition, the 65th Annual Frog Jump Festival returns July 19th for a full day of family entertainment. Frog Jump is a fun, quirky, and deeply rooted community event built on tradition, humor, and local pride, bringing people together year after year.
More than 750 frogs will compete in this contest with participants ranging from toddlers to retirees — and trophies awarded to the top jumpers. Enjoy food, beverages, music, activities, souvenirs, and official 2026 festival apparel. Admission and parking are free, with only a small fee to enter a frog in the contest.
