Join the Seneca Regional Chamber & Development Ambassadors for a ribbon cutting to celebrate Tiell Financial Group’s new headquarters on Friday, August 29 at 4 PM. The ceremony will take place at 6250 West Tiffin Street in Bascom. Tiell Financial Group has officially moved into its new 9,000 square foot, two-story headquarters, marking a major milestone as the company celebrates its 30th anniversary. Designed in the shape of a capital T for Tiell, the facility offers expanded meeting spaces, additional employee work areas, and a welcoming environment to enhance client service. Clouse Construction Corp. served as the general contractor for the project, which officially broke ground in April 2025. Founded in 1995 by Debi Tiell, who started the business from the trunk of her car before moving to a home basement and then a small office on State Route 18, Tiell Financial Group has grown steadily through personalized service and deep community connections. For years, the firm operated from its restored 1887 historic home in Bascom, a landmark that provided a welcoming environment for clients and captured the company’s appreciation for tradition. The move to the new headquarters reflects continued growth and a long-term investment in the Bascom community. Tiell Financial Group is a locally owned and operated financial services company offering a full suite of services tailored to fit each client’s needs. The building also includes a community room available for use by local nonprofit organizations. Tiell Financial Group will continue its tradition of community engagement by hosting events like the Annual Easter Egg Hunt and providing parking for the Memorial Day Parade. The team has already welcomed a new staff member to support its growth, with additional hires planned for the future.
