Dinosaur Scavenger Hunt: Summer Reading Club

Join us for an exciting Summer Reading event for all ages! Children from birth to age 12 can participate in the Dinosaur Scavenger Hunt by picking up a checklist in the Children's Room, then exploring the library's outdoor area to find dinosaur pictures in the windows. Completed checklists can be submitted for a bonus summer reading raffle ticket and prize, but children must be registered in the Summer Reading Club, which starts June 15. Participants can earn raffle tickets through weekly reading reports until August 8, with winners announced on August 10.

Teens aged 13 to 18 can join the Teen Summer Reading Bingo by picking up a Bingo Card at the Readers Services desk, marking off squares as they read and complete challenges from June 29 to August 15, 2026. The first to submit their Bingo card will receive an Unearth a Story swag bag (while supplies last) and have a chance to win a $50 Barnes & Noble gift card, with a winner announced at the end of the contest.

For adults aged 18 and older, the Adult Summer Reading Bingo runs from June 1 to August 31, 2026. Participants can pick up a bingo card, mark off squares as they read, and submit it by 9:00 p.m. on August 31 for a chance to win one of three $50 Barnes & Noble gift cards. Happy reading for everyone!
