Dinosaur Scavenger Hunt: Summer Reading Club

Join us for an exciting Summer Reading experience at the Morris County Library, featuring activities for all ages! Younger participants (birth to 12 years) can take part in the Dinosaur Scavenger Hunt by picking up a checklist in the Children's Room and searching for dinosaur pictures displayed in the library windows. Upon completion, they will earn a bonus summer reading raffle ticket and prize, provided they are registered for the Summer Reading Club, which opens on June 15.

Teens aged 13 to 18 can engage in the Teen Summer Reading Bingo, picking up a Bingo Card at the Readers Services desk. From June 29 to August 15, they can mark off squares by reading and completing challenges, with the first submissions winning an Unearth a Story swag bag and a chance at a $50 Barnes & Noble gift card, awarded at the contest's conclusion. Additionally, teens can unleash their creativity with weekly Grab and Go crafts, available at the Reader Services Desk while supplies last.

Adults aged 18 and older can also participate in the Adult Summer Reading Bingo from June 1 to August 31, where they can mark off reading squares on their bingo cards for a chance to win one of three $50 Barnes & Noble gift cards. Happy reading and crafting to all!
