Paws for Reading

Join us this summer at the library for a variety of exciting reading programs and events for all ages! Children aged 5-12 can participate in **Paws for Reading**, where they can read to therapy dogs starting May 12, with parent or caregiver supervision required. Registration is necessary, with slots opening on specific dates each month. Additionally, children aged birth to 12 can embark on a **Dinosaur Scavenger Hunt**, picking up checklists in the Children's Room to find dinosaur pictures throughout the library. Completing this hunt earns bonus raffle tickets for the **Summer Reading Club**, which begins registration on June 15 and runs until August 8, offering goody bags and chances to win a Barnes & Noble gift card.

Teens aged 13-18 can participate in **Teen Summer Reading Bingo**, collecting a Bingo card from the Readers Services desk and marking off reading challenges. Submissions by August 15 enter participants into a drawing for a $50 Barnes & Noble gift card and a swag bag.

For adults aged 18 and older, the **Adult Summer Reading Bingo** runs from June 1 to August 31, offering bingo challenges with a chance to win one of three $50 Barnes & Noble gift cards by completing cards.
