Dinosaur Scavenger Hunt: Summer Reading Club

Join us for a summer of reading and engagement at the library with exciting programs for all ages!

For children aged birth to 12, participate in the **Dinosaur Scavenger Hunt** by picking up a scavenger hunt checklist in the Children's Room and searching for dinosaur pictures on the library's windows. Completing the hunt earns you a bonus summer reading raffle ticket and prize, provided you are registered in the Summer Reading Club, and parents must accompany their children.

Teens aged 13 to 18 can dive into the **Teen Summer Reading Bingo**, where they can pick up a Bingo card at the Readers Services desk. By reading books that fulfill specific challenges, teens can mark off their cards for a chance to win an Unearth a Story swag bag and a $50 Barnes & Noble gift card. Completed Bingo cards are due between June 29 and August 15, 2026.

Kids aged 12 and under can also register for the **Children's Summer Reading Club** starting June 15, reporting their reading from June 29 to August 8 for a goody bag and entry into a grand prize raffle for a Barnes & Noble gift card.

Adults 18 and older can engage in the **Adult Summer Reading Bingo** by picking up a bingo card starting June 1, 2026. Adult participants read books aligning with specific challenges until August 31, 2026, for a chance to win one of three $50 gift cards, with winners announced after Labor Day.

Additionally, don’t miss the **Exhibit: Declaration 1776: The Big Bang of Modern Democracy**, showcasing the Declaration of Independence’s global influence on equality and freedom, running from December 2025 through December 2026. Join us in celebrating literature and history this summer!
