Houseplant First Aid with Alden Lane Nursery

Join us for two enriching events at the Livermore Library! First, "Houseplant First Aid" with Alden Lane Nursery offers expert advice for your houseplants—bring them or photos to receive guidance on how to help them thrive. This free program, aimed at adults, requires no registration.

Additionally, the Summer Reading Bridge at Rincon Library, running from June 16 to July 30 on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 2–4 p.m., invites kids to enhance their reading skills with volunteer tutors during 30-minute sessions. Sign up on the day of the event at 725 Rincon Ave.

Both events are part of the Summer Learning program, which runs until August 4, 2026. Participants of all ages can register online at Livermore.beanstack.org/ or via the Beanstack app, and will receive a free book just for signing up. Paper gameboards are available at all Livermore Library locations, and tracking reading and activities will earn raffle tickets for exciting prizes.
