House Tour: Farm Power

Join us for a delightful heritage event showcasing local history through two engaging activities: the House Tour: Farm Power and Fullersburg Days. Experience a guided tour of a farmhouse to learn about the innovative non-electric tools and machines that assisted with household chores in the 1890s, with tours starting on the hour. A suggested donation of $5 is appreciated for ages 3 and up, while children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

Additionally, celebrate the rich history of one of the county's oldest preserves at Fullersburg Days. Participate in hands-on activities such as fishing with cane poles, crafting traditional corn husk dolls, and learning about the Civilian Conservation Corps' impact on the area. Don’t miss the opportunity to tour the historic Graue Mill and view the remains of a woolly mammoth in the nature center before exploring the scenic trails.
