Join us for a vibrant evening at the Academy Center of the Arts, where creativity and community come alive! Experience KRU (Kreative Room Unfiltered), an open mic event every Thursday at 7:00 PM that celebrates raw talent across various disciplines, including music, spoken word, and comedy. This unique platform encourages performers to showcase their individuality and engage authentically with audiences in a professional setting that uplifts every act. The night also features Hometown Line Dancing, offering lessons and social dancing for ages 18 and up, starting at 7 PM. Please note that this line dancing event is organized as a facility rental and is not produced by the Academy. Both events create a welcoming atmosphere for attendees to connect, participate, and enjoy the arts without barriers.
