The National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) will present an educational program about self-care and mental wellness on Wednesday, June 10, at 5:30 p.m. The program will be held at Mohawk Community Library. Participants will discover why mental health is an important part of overall health, explore the four areas of self-care, and learn small daily habits that make a big impact on their well-being. NAMI will also discuss signs of stress and provide resources to help with mental health. Please register by Monday, June 8, at the library or by calling 419-927-2407.
