A Place Within - A group exhibition curated by Dr. Basil Masri Zada

Ohio University is hosting multiple events and exhibitions alongside significant parking lot closures due to ongoing construction. Notably, "A Place Within," a group exhibition curated by Dr. Basil Masri Zada, will run from July 13 to August 31. In addition, "お土産話 (Travel Stories)," a photography exhibition by Clara Gaadt and Greta DeLapp showcasing their study abroad experiences in Japan, will be on display through September 2026. During this period, several parking lots will experience closures: Parking Lot 43 will close for painting from July 8 to July 21, 2026; Parking Lot 41 will partially close beginning August 4, 2025, continuing until the end of 2026; Parking Lot 132 will close portions on May 10, 2026, reopening August 2026; and Parking Lot 44 will also partially close on August 4, 2025, with a planned reopening by the end of 2026. Vehicles left in these lots during closure times may be subject to citation or relocation. Additionally, a digital exhibit titled "OHIO Student Life in the Postwar Years: Rediscovering the Grace Fleischer Diary, 1949-1953," led by student archivists and University Archivist Bill Kimok, will highlight the experiences of students after World War II.
