The Worcester Common Oval is a versatile public space offering year-round events and programming in a historic park setting. During the winter, it features a 12,000-square-foot ice skating rink, which is larger than the rink at Rockefeller Center. This rink provides amenities such as music, skate rentals, concessions, and holiday lighting, making it a family-friendly winter activity. The Oval also hosts special events throughout the winter months. In the summer, it transforms to host weekly outdoor concerts and farmers' markets. The rink is professionally managed by ASM Global, the management team of the DCU Center. It is located behind Worcester City Hall at 455 Main Street.
